Hi! My name is Daniel Abbott, and I am a Certified Math Teacher currently offering In-Home Math Tutoring
to the Monmouth County Area of New Jersey: Rumson, Fair Haven, Red
Bank, Wayside, Ocean, Spring Lake, Deal, West Long Branch, Oceanport,
Asbury Park, Shrewsbury, Little Silver, and more...
I have recently completed the Alternate Route Requirements (Certificate of Eligibility)
to be a High School Math Teacher (Woohoo), and am in the market for a
full-timeTeaching Job as we speak.
Since the beginning of my Mathematical Training, I thought to
myself...why am I not offering a valuable service with all this
information that I am cramming in my brain? And why am I not offering a
valuable service doing what I enjoy, namely, teaching?!
So I started Satori Mathematics Instruction: In-home Tutoring for Guaranteed Results, and the world has steadily become a better
place since. Though I can tutor a wide-range of mathematical subjects,
my specialization is in SAT Math Tutoring, and ACT Math Tutoring.
I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and Co-Founder of The Center for Letting Go in Rumson, NJ, where I offer facilitation of The Work of Byron Katie (the best method for stress-relief, EVER).
You may ask, what does the word satori mean? Satori is a
Japanese word for a "sudden, indescribable, intuitive enlightenment"
referred to in the Zen tradition. In a way, it's that moment where
everything comes into focus and becomes clear. It's the light bulb of
"I get it!"
